Crowne Plaza Vinh Yen City Centre by IHG

The staff gave me such a warm welcome and made breakfast feel easy and comfortable. There was a good range of fresh, tasty food, which was just what I needed before a busy day at work. A really nice way to recharge. Loved it!

During my 10 day stay, Lucie, Salina, and Mia arranged a beautiful cake presentation for Women's Day. The care and warmth they put into it made the occasion feel special, and I’d be grateful if you passed along my thanks. I also want to recognize Trang, dressed mostly in white, who spent a lot of time helping me buy a product I urgently needed. She patiently made sure I got exactly what I was looking for, taking the initiative without being asked. That sincere effort left a lasting impression. I’ve stayed in countless hotels around the world, and the heartfelt hospitality I felt here is something I associate especially with Asia. The team really brought that spirit to life. Please pass my appreciation to Lucie, Salina, Mia, and Trang for making the stay so memorable.

The people here are remarkably kind and very good at their work, which made staying at this hotel a real honor. I was invited back to the executive lounge for dinner, where Ms. Lucie greeted me warmly, helped with the meal, and thanked me afterward. Great work by the team. I’d recommend this place if you’re staying in Vinh Yen.

We never felt like eating elsewhere during our four days here, even with plenty of good options nearby. The restaurant and lounge both went beyond what we expected. The attentive staff made the stay feel special, with the sort of genuine care I’d expect at Six Senses. Everything from check-in through check-out was perfect, and even a small glimpse of that kindness would bring me back.
