I was really scared by the way they spoke to me. Their attitude made me feel as if they wanted to hit or curse at me, which I’d never experienced before. The whole atmosphere was tense, and I left in heavy rain. I can check the security camera footage. Yesterday, they reprimanded me for giving feedback and asking why I hadn’t reported the room issue to reception, and pressured me to delete my review. I believe customers have the right to comment, and it’s the hotel’s responsibility to address issues. I’ve also seen other reviews mentioning that the air conditioning wasn’t fixed. I’m not raising those other complaints here, but I was criticized for telling the truth and told, in effect, that I should have considered the employee’s negligence while paying for a service. They deliberately stressed that I’d heard them. After that, they called the repair team loudly, as if to say, “There, it’s fixed now, are you satisfied?” They only repaired it after being caught, not because they cared. I got no apology, only another reprimand and the claim that I was thoughtless. I won’t return, I won’t delete my review this time, and I ask the hotel not to contact me again.

I stayed one night in room 303 on October 12, 2024. I can’t say for sure whether I left my wallet at the hotel, but I noticed it was missing when I got home.

I had to move to another hotel because the receptionist lost my key and seemed unfocused and unprofessional. The place looked more like a motel, and the facilities were badly worn. There were lots of yellow stains on the blankets and mattress. The faucet was torn and had been patched with a PLASTIC BAG, instead of being glued or replaced, which wouldn’t cost much.

For four people, 640k for a weekend room with two double beds booked through Agoda seemed reasonable. The room itself, though, wasn’t very clean, and the facilities were run-down.
