Emerald Ho Tram Resort

The pool was great, very clean, with plenty of life jackets and towels, and I loved the tub. The room and services were really nice, the staff professional and kind, and breakfast was phenomenal. It's a quiet place to relax with a beautiful sunset. For the affordable price, it's a pretty good spot. I booked an ocean-view junior suite, but it wasn't a direct ocean view. The food was overpriced, and some dishes weren't very good. There were no adult bikes available, and the giant exposed erosion-control bags on the beach take away from the ocean scenery. The hallway and elevator windows weren't especially clean, and you have to pass a back area full of junk to get to the ocean and beach. I expected a bit more from a resort. More attention to detail would make the stay better :)

The New Year’s Eve ceremony was fantastic. Dinner, celebrations, and fireworks were all amazing 🎊🙌🏻. We had a lovely 3-night stay at Emerald Ho Tram Resort, and the team were kind, supportive, and so nice 💚 A few things could be better, especially during busy holidays. More kitchen staff and training could help food reach guests hot and correctly. The corridors, elevators, and windows also need more attention to cleanliness. More bicycles and activities like yoga, Pilates, or light exercise classes would be nice, as would small beachside juice or ice-cream stalls that could support local employment. We really appreciated the stay and hope these suggestions come across in the spirit of appreciation and continuous improvement. Thank you again.

We had a comfortable, clean, luxurious stay and a really relaxing time away from saigon. It's a little secluded, but that also meant the beach was clean and empty. Wish I could've stayed longer!

The people at Emerald made the place feel so friendly and perfect. I had a wonderful weekend there, and from the start I was touched by how sincere the staff were. I was lucky enough to check in early and get a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The reception team handled every request with care and professionalism. Big thanks to the porter who drove me around the resort at night, and the pool attendant who took such beautiful photos of us, along with all the other little things. I'll definitely be back soon.
