A25 Premium Hotel - 55 Le Anh Xuan

I appreciated how kind and helpful the staff were. They handled my luggage, called my next accommodation, and put together breakfast for my early flight. The location is easy to get to, and the hotel feels more like a comfortable three-star place than a four-star one. My standard queen room for two nights was only average. It had no windows and the drain was very slow. The room was tidy and the water pressure was good, but the sheets and pillowcases had a faint smell and a few stains, so they didn't feel completely fresh. Even with those issues, I'd recommend it for solo travelers.

The staff made the stay easy and comfortable. They were polite, friendly, and ready to help whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping kept our spacious room very clean and topped up the bottled water each day. Breakfast was included, with a nice range of buffet options. We'd happily stay at A25 Hotel again and recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

The only real drawback for me was the noise, since the soundproofing isn't great. In a big city like District 1, that's to be expected, and I sleep with white noise anyway. The care from the staff more than made up for it. I only stayed two nights and wished I'd spent my whole trip here. I got sick the night before my international flight, and the team brought food and drinks to my room, checked on me, and let me stay past checkout. When I first arrived, they also helped me check in early after a tiring flight. Everyone I met, from housekeeping and the chef to the breakfast team, was friendly and quick to help. They brought extra water, found me a bandage for a cut, and made nothing feel like a bother. Special thanks to reception staff Kim, Arthur, Yen and Khoa, who were warm, attentive, and always happy to chat. Bellboy Hào was always smiling and quick to help with bags and doors. The security guard hai greeted people and opened the door, and a breakfast staff member brought breakfast up to my room. I've traveled to 22+ countries over 10+ years, and this was the most exceptional stay I've had. I'll stay here again in Ho Chi Minh and recommend it to people I know. Thank you for kindness that went well beyond what I expected from hotel staff.

The location is central, with many historical sites and events within walking distance. Breakfast each day had a decent selection and was well done. The hotel was clean, and the beds were comfortable. I had no complaints. The gym is on the 10th floor, but the elevator only goes to the 9th, so you have to walk the last flight. There's also a small pool and a balcony up there.
