Savaii Lagoon Resort

We came as a large family group for a Christmas reunion, and Savaii Lagoon resort was a great choice in Savaii. Grant & Robyn went out of their way to make the visit memorable. The location, comfort, and service all worked really well for our family. We’re already looking forward to coming back soon. Faafetai lava.

The meals were tasty, fairly priced, and different each night. At dinner, owner Robyn made a point of introducing herself and chatting with guests, and she suggested places to see and whether they’d be open. It’s a lovely little resort right on the beach. Everyone was welcoming, from reception to the bar and restaurant. The receptionist walked us to our room, adjusted the air con because the day had warmed up, pointed out the bar and restaurant, and showed us where the kayak paddles were. We could use the kayaks anytime. The bar and restaurant staff were friendly too. They knew which wines were available without needing to check a list, and remembered our drinks and room number when we came back. The restaurant team looked smart in their uniforms and were very professional. We had a great stay and would recommend it. We’ll return.

It was so peaceful here, and the other guests were friendly and considerate. My room was set apart from everyone else, right by the beach, and I could hear the ocean outside at night. The owner was a kind, nice man who came over to say hello after I’d been there a while and still hadn’t met him, lol. The staff were polite too. I loved it and would go back.

The restaurant was top quality, with great food and service, and the hosts were great too. They also had plenty of fun activities during the week. It’s in a great location that often seems to miss the rain, so staying late in the rainy season was fine. We loved our stay.
