This place is called “Mareke Lodge” now. We found a room here after looking around nearly all the lodges and motels in the city. Most of the others were full for peak season or just weren't very good, and this one doesn't seem to advertise much, so we may have been lucky. The rooms are large and roomy, with space for 2-4 people.

Thanks for being so welcoming, Vincent! This sports lodge was affordable and conveniently close to town. :)

A bleak, run-down place that needs to be torn down. I wouldn't spend the fuel to drive the 2 km up the hill to this hotel dump.

It was an okay place, but watch out when using the shower.
