The staff were polite, professional, and very helpful, which made our business workshop stay run smoothly. We were there December 11-13 and were very satisfied. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the shared spaces were well looked after. Food was excellent for quality, taste, and presentation, and the refreshments served through the day were enjoyable and nicely prepared. We’d gladly come back for another business event.

The room was spacious, with a big pleasant terrace, strong Wi-Fi, and a separate SSID for each room. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the shower was clean, and the water pressure and hot water were good. There was complimentary water, coffee, and tea, plus a well-stocked minibar. The place was spotless. Staff were smiling and ready to help, and the restaurant and other areas felt relaxing and comfortable. I was there yesterday in poor weather, but I can imagine the terrace and nearby river being especially lovely in summer. Everything was excellent, highly recommended, 100/100.

Hotel Dukagjini in Pejë was a really relaxing place to stay. Our room was quiet, roomy, comfortable, and very well kept. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and both the food and restaurant service were great.

The restaurant staff were wonderful, and the food was excellent. Our room was comfortable and perfectly clean, and the team were always willing to help. Thanks to the management for keeping things running so smoothly. I had an amazing stay and will definitely come back.

The waiter was warm and polite, brought us cookies, and helped take a photo. The food was so good and the service amazing. The manager, by contrast, came across as rude to the staff and unwelcoming.
