Hostel Boulevard Prishtina

The toilets could have been cleaner, but otherwise the hostel was generally clean, and I had a nice few nights there. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the city center location worked well. The bus station is quite far away, though that makes sense given how far it is from the city. It’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so big bags are a hassle to carry. I’d still recommend staying here.

I felt less safe here than anywhere else I can remember. A guest was inhaling lighter gas, and the whole room smelled of it. When I told the owner, he said, "There is nothing I can do, I will ask him to use outside or the bathroom". The guest stayed on and seemed very close with the owners afterward. I got bitten by bedbugs, the entrance felt sketchy, and the walls were really dirty. This isn't a place for travelers.

It can get noisy because the hostel is right in the city center, but the lively common areas make it easy to meet other travelers. The rooms are clean and comfortable enough, if basic, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Step outside and you're among cafes, bars, and the main sights, all at a budget-friendly price. At about €8.50/night as of 26.06.2025, this felt like great value. I’ve paid a lot more for much less. The room was quiet and peaceful during my stay, and had free lockers, AC, and sheets and a pillow provided. There are shades over the beds for sleeping, plus nice views from the balconies. Friendly staff and an amazing location. It’s on the 3rd floor (4th floor US standard) with no elevator.
