It's very noisy, and the trustees seem unaware of conduct rule breaches. The managing agent isn't effective. I wouldn't recommend it, since there are better run estates in Ballito.

It's a clean, safe estate with a friendly neighborhood and security guards. The estate manager communicates well and keeps everyone informed when something comes up, like a water outage.

I never got to stay. I booked through booking.com in 2019, but Brenda wouldn't accept that the bank account was mine, even after I sent all the relevant documents to her and Booking.com. I'm still waiting for a refund of more than R4 000. It's strange that Brenda could take my money but wouldn't believe I owned the account. To this day, no refund has arrived. My bank statement is with booking.com. I found booking.com and Brenda very, very unhelpful and unfriendly to consumers.

A clean, safe estate with helpful, friendly guards. It’s close to a shopping center, petrol station, and clinic, and the beach is a five minute drive away.
