Franchise Guest House

During my three-day stay, I asked for clean towels and was told they were locked away. The shower wasn't hot, and instead of moving me to another room, they told me to use the communal shower. There weren't enough blankets to keep warm, and the bright light outside my room made it hard to sleep. It was a very uncomfortable stay. Someone's panties were hanging in the communal shower, yet they complained about me shaving. They really aren't service-oriented.

We booked during the day and had our booking confirmed. At 11 pm, after we arrived in town, we called to say when we'd be there and were told the place was fully booked, with nowhere for us to stay. The woman on the phone was very rude and made no effort to fix the problem or refer us somewhere else. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The room felt worth more than the price. It was clean, safe, and really convenient, and the people were kind. Thank you so much, Franchise, for making it feel like a home away from home. I loved my stay and highly recommend it 🙏🏽

I checked the place before we finalized the booking, and I'm glad I did. It was dirty, there was no security at all, and something felt fishy. Management isn't honest, and this place doesn't deserve a star or to be on bookings.com. These are also the people managing franchise premier. When you book with premier, they immediately tell you there's an alternative place. Then they describe this dirty place and offer you a discount. I could see something was off. It's dirty and has no security, period.
