Ehrlichpark Lodge

There was no one at reception, so you had to call or wait for someone to pass by if you needed help. The coffee and tea were there, but no kettle. I asked for the room to be cleaned, and nobody came. On arrival, my colleague waited at reception while the woman ignored her on the phone. A man eventually checked us in while he was also on his phone. I told him it felt like we were being disregarded as clients. Later I needed to iron my work uniform. The small ironing board left outside on the table didn't work properly, and when I asked for a normal one, I was told to iron on the bed. Then I had to ask for an extension cord to do that. The shower ran out of water while I was covered in soap, and I had to stand there waiting. I believe someone had turned on water in their room. This was a horrible experience. To me, it's a place for someone to sleep and leave in the morning.
