Palm Swift Luxury Accommodation

We spent a pleasant weekend here with my wife. The location was just right, the rooms were very clean, and the food was great. Thanks to the staff.

The hotel is very secure, and breakfast was amazing with so much to choose from. Our clean room had everything we needed, and the bathroom was modern and really cool. There are at least two pools on the property, which I can imagine are lovely in summer. It’s convenient for reaching the hospital, though the surrounding streets felt a bit dodgy. We’d definitely stay again.

Inside, the rooms are beautiful, cosy, and welcoming, with a lot of potential. But I could hear the next room’s TV, which was annoying, and on the second day my room wasn’t cleaned properly. The taps, basin, and shower looked just as they had when I left, so it seemed nobody was doing quality checks. The service made the stay unpleasant. I checked in on Wednesday and was only told about breakfast times, with no other policies explained. When I checked out on Friday, I was delayed and politely asked to have breakfast packed for the road. They said I should have requested that the night before, but I hadn’t been told about that rule. I asked if I could dish up food to eat on the way. The Indian guy told me he was in charge and wouldn’t let me take any food unless I had requested it the previous night. I’d already paid for it. I tried to dish up and eat, but there wasn’t time, so I left my food behind. I also had to ask three times before getting my invoice. The same Indian guy said invoices are only issued on the last day, but nobody explained that when I first asked. There was no apology. The place has potential, but the service is holding it back. I won’t return because of it.

It’s a nice, tidy place, but management seemed to be looking after their own needs rather than their guests’. Maybe next time they should only accept Halaal payment.
