The balcony view is outstanding, especially at sunset, and the beach, shops, and restaurants are only a short walk away. Our spacious, beautifully finished room even had international plug sockets, a thoughtful extra for travellers. The host was very friendly. I’d strongly recommend it.

Camps Bay is a lovely oasis, and 51 on Camps Bay is a particularly nice part of it. It’s easy to get around by car or local bus, and the studio is very handy for the beach and esplanade. The apartment is roomy and well equipped. I only met one of the hosts, who was charming and helpful, and replied quickly to my WhatsApp questions. They live on the property, so they’re easy to reach without being intrusive. Delightful stay.

We had a great stay and would definitely come back. The owners were friendly and helpful, and the staff were kind and honest. They cleaned the room without taking anything, not even my wife’s bobby pins. Breakfast was great, especially the bacon. The beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to leave, and the showers were amazing. The bedrooms had plenty of space and Dstv, so we could cuddle up and relax. The view from the balcony over the pool was amazing too.
