This is only about Azure Luxury apartament Bloubergstrand 115, managed by Rms Gumdab ( agency). They aren't reliable, and I hope booking.com ends any relationship with such an unprofessional agency. We travelled from Italy with 2 kids and found out on arrival that the apartment we'd prepaid had already been rented to someone else. Nobody responsible for the problem came to the gate to sort it out. We were left in the parking lot with our exhausted children after 24h of travel. Luckily, we've been good booking.com customers for 20 years, and they refunded us and protected us. We also discovered this wasn't the first time something like this had happened in the building, so check carefully who is renting apartments there.

The unit is quiet, with roomy bedrooms and a spacious living area. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils you need for self catering. There’s a decent TV, free wifi, Netflix, Dstv now and Shomax, plus a gas braai. You can sit outside by the pool, and the beach isn't too far away.

Renting this apartment was the worst thing I did. It was a big mess, dirty, with broken things and missing plats. The owner didn't recharge enough energy, and the lights inside weren't working properly. The floor and walls were cracked, and it seemed like the worner didn't want to know about any of it or care. Doors wouldn't open and close properly, so we had to hit them hard. There were so many other things wrong that I can't list them all. I have lots of pictures and videos. I'm very unhappy, and I think booking. Com should check houses before renting them out.

The beach, shopping centre and restaurants are all nearby, and the vibe is great. The view of Table mountain is the best. Thanks for everything, Nadia 👌👍💯
