I had a good experience with the hotel itself. The facilities were great, the breakfast was good, and the service was really good. My concern was the security for the complex, which isn’t the hotel’s security. They weren’t friendly and made me feel I had to keep explaining myself as a guest. This was sorted out once they told me I needed to show my room card to enter and leave. Even then, it’s inconvenient for a guest. There’s nothing fundamentally wrong with the hotel, but the main complex security issue needs attention, especially for new guests.

I’m not a fan of this hotel at all. It felt cold, and the staff didn’t even greet me, let alone smile. It seems more suited to conferences, where people come and go without anyone noticing. That’s the worst kind of place for a holiday. I prefer hotels that feel like home, and this one didn’t feel that way at all.

The room was a good size and the service was great. Breakfast was the letdown. I can't figure out why hotels choose such bad-tasting products for it, unless they're just trying to save money.

Staff were lovely, and the food and bar were reasonably priced. The hotel is good value and handy for the Pinelands area. Just be aware there's no lift to the upper floors, though someone helped with our bags. The swimming pool is tiny.

The location was terrible, and the help desk service could be better. Still, it worked well for a business stay: the room was lovely, clean, air-conditioned, and everything was in good working order. The bathroom was modern too.
