Ethan was a real highlight. He was respectful and engaging, and made us feel welcome, noticed, and cared for with thoughtful touches. Since it was our anniversary, duty manager Aldrine kindly arranged an incredible room upgrade. The food and service were wonderful too, with fresh meals prepared by the chef and a thoughtful range of wines that made dinner feel special. My husband and I visited Future Found Sanctuary for our anniversary some time ago, and the elegant design still felt warm, cozy, and inviting. We left relaxed and refreshed, and are already looking forward to returning.

The staff are what make Future Found Sanctuary stand out. Everyone who looked after us went above and beyond, especially Justin, Tanaka, Mallicka, Prince, and the rest of the team. The Villa Verte Grand Master Suite was the most spacious and beautiful room we’ve ever stayed in, with stunning views from every room. The hotel and grounds are beautifully designed, with incredible scenery. After our trip through South Africa, this place was the highlight of it all. Thanks for making it a trip of a lifetime!

Dinner was the highlight of my days there. The chef is so talented, and every dish felt like a work of art. Breakfast was lovely too. Justin, Prince, Prospa, and the whole team were kind, professional, and full of warmth, so I felt completely at home. I had the best time at Future Found Sanctuary, and the hospitality was beyond what I’d imagined. I’d recommend it to anyone after a peaceful, luxurious, unforgettable stay.

The breakfast and dinner are musts, and the food was better than any restaurant I’ve tried. The private cinema was amazing, and the staff were so friendly that we felt right at home. Sami gave us a lovely tour, almost like visiting a museum, after we were welcomed with drinks and snacks. Every corner was spotless, cozy, and beautifully designed. It’s a hidden gem in Cape Town, with wonderful food and exceptional hospitality. We had an unforgettable stay, and it seems perfect for couples, groups, and families.
