The boutique hotel is lovely, with a nice view from the luxury room and balcony, and the service was friendly. But it wasn't worth the price. Breakfast was advertised, then we were told on arrival that they don't do breakfast, with no compensation offered. The room's TV didn't work. One bedside lamp had no adapter plug, and the other had a faulty plug. The bathroom handle was broken, as were the hinges on all the cabinet doors. There were just two coffee sachets, a sugar bowl with no lid, and no milk or creamer.

We had a peaceful stay with a view over Table Mountain, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I agree with you, Julie Nakayenga. I'd highly recommend it and would visit again. Asante Sana.
