It looks fine until you go inside. There’s an underground garage where water drips from pipes that are supposed to carry waste, and you can see the marks on the floor. The building seems secure, but thieves have jumped over the electric fence while security was asleep. I’m glad I moved somewhere safer, with neighbors who aren’t so full of themselves. Mostly, I’m happy I won’t have to see Smiggle from lord of the rings, aka the Building manager, again.
