Just two streets from Long Street, with spots like Marvel Bar, Chez Ntemba, Coco, Gold Bar and Long Street Cafe nearby. The location puts you right in the heart of Cape Town CBD, so you get the Cape Town vibe without paying a premium. Inside, there’s plenty of space, high ceilings and wide corridors. A great investment without breaking the bank, and a good fit for visitors.
