The security staff are so warm and welcoming. If I ever win the lottery, I’ll give them something memorable. There was a neighbor who left their dog alone in the apartment, and it kept barking. It seemed lonely and hungry, which was upsetting. Apart from that, I’d come back.

It’s in a handy spot, close to lots of attractions and places to eat, and the building was easy to find. One of the best Airbnbs in Cape Town!

De Waterkant has a lively feel, with arts and crafts around, and the apartment is within walking distance of amenities. The owners and security guards were friendly, too. It’s a stylish place, fitted with excellent appliances and decorated with care. Comfortable for one night or a longer stay, it felt like home, only more stylish. I’d definitely stay again, especially if I wanted to relax while still being close to the city buzz.

The location worked well, about a 15-minute walk to Victoria Waterfront and another 15 minutes to the city centre. The owner was easy to communicate with. Inside, the apartment was clean, bright and very nice, with a lovely view of Table Mountain. The bed and shower were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed.

You can walk everywhere from these great apartments, and the location and mountain views are amazing. The missing bedroom AC cost them a star, though. It almost spoiled our stay.
