A very nice place, close to the shops. We were a team of athletes from East London and felt secure there.

A few weeks ago, Unathi helped me look for a place to stay. She explained the room choices at the backpackers and their prices clearly, so I could compare everything and decide easily. Her customer service was excellent.

The showers are great, though some are too low for taller people, and the linen gets changed every day, which is a nice touch. You can cook your own food or have a BBQ, and there’s a bar serving beer. It’s a good option for groups or solo travellers, with a fair price for what you get. The compound feels safe at night. Wi-Fi costs extra and doesn’t reach or work well everywhere in the building.

The staff are so helpful and lovely. The place is clean, and its spot near the CBD and airport is handy. It’s a good fit for school or church groups visiting the mother city.

It’s a nice open-air spot with cover, a big screen, and live music pretty often. There’s no food or soft drinks for sale, though you can order in through Mr Delivery or Uber Eats.
