The area was peaceful, security was excellent, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. My room and bed were comfortable, and I had no problems. Breakfast was very good, with lots of delicious choices, and the laundry service came in handy. What really stood out was the staff at Home Suite Sea Point. After I cancelled a trip, I had to rearrange things at the last minute. They responded incredibly quickly and found solutions without any hassle. Their professionalism and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier. I'd happily stay again.

The hill up to this Seapoint hotel is really steep, but the views from the 4th floor bar and 5th floor sun terrace are great. It's a very safe and secure place, with modern, well-fitted rooms, comfortable beds and a great shower. The staff couldn't be friendlier. We've stayed twice and will be back.

The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen, and the coffee came hot. The lunch and dinner menus had plenty of variety and the food was very, very good. I'm from the US, so what I expect can vary when travelling internationally, but this place is a 5/5 worldwide. With fewer than 15 rooms, it was quiet and the gorgeous views made it feel very private. My suite was spacious, thoughtfully designed and very clean, with extra towels, tea service and more. The staff were kind and helpful and did their best to meet every need. The rooftop pool was clean and well done, with 360-degree views of Cape Town. Wi-Fi worked consistently in my room and throughout the property.

Our first trip with our two babies, aged 2.5 years and 11 months, and we were made to feel so welcome and cared for. Parking the rental car at the hotel worked perfectly, and the location is good if you have a car. The rooms are outstanding, with stylish design, a great bathroom and insanely comfortable beds. Service was top-notch too. Reception was always ready to help, the catering team cooked delicious food, and the barmen were skilled. Everyone seemed to find the right level of interaction with each guest. I'm someone who likes to talk, and they took time to chat with me.

Breakfast was absolutely exceptional, and the staff are a real credit to the hotel. My room was spotless and spacious, with a very comfortable bed, and there was a lovely view from the rooftop. It's well located in Sea Point. We found the 11-minute walk to the closest City Sightseeing bus stop very safe, which was a nice bonus. I'd generally suggest taking Ubers rather than walking farther than Green Point or Sea Point. Great value, and thoroughly recommended.
