The unit is conveniently close to the Village square and local hiking trails, and I’d happily book it again. We came for the Africa Brew craft brewers conference. My wife spent most of the time at the unit while I was at the brewery for the event. It sleeps up to six and has everything you need, from a toaster and fridge to a braai. You can bring a dog if arranged in advance, since the yard is fenced. There’s a R 1000 pet breakage deposit, which was refunded to my account after our stay.

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t find anything to complain about. Clarens felt very safe and secure, which impressed us most. We arrived later than expected, but the keys were there waiting for us, exactly what we needed. Thanks, Forever Clarens.

The unit had plenty of room, and the kitchen was stocked with what we needed. Our hosts also put in extra effort to make our honeymoon feel special, so we had a great stay.

The house has everything you need and is decorated beautifully. The setting is lovely too. I did notice some neglect, though, with cracks and stains on the ceiling.

Just a short distance from the centre, this clean little place has a lovely view and is equipped very well. A real treasure in Clarens. Keep it up 👏
