The hosts are about as friendly and accommodating as you could hope to meet, and their hospitality blew me away. The rooms and facilities are top class. You can park, drink, eat, relax, and sleep without needing to go anywhere. Highly recommend.

The food, especially the fish, was amazing. You can taste the love and passion in what they make. La Provence De Aar also has such a peaceful, inviting feel, and every little detail showed care. We arrived to genuine warmth and kindness, like visiting family. The hosts were among the friendliest we've met. Thank you for making the weekend so special. We left refreshed and happy, and are already looking forward to coming back. Anyone visiting De Aar will feel right at home at La Provence! 💛

Jacky and the ladies were amazing, and my friends and I enjoyed most of our stay. We did have two problems: the shower drain was blocked, so the bathroom flooded after we showered, and there was no laundry service on weekends. Since the whole town has no laundromat, there was no emergency help for a wardrobe malfunction from either the guesthouse or the town.

Definitely the best guesthouse I've stayed at. Five stars!
