Grand Orchid feels peaceful, clean, and neat, like my second home now. Jenni is an angel, so sweet and helpful. I haven’t met Veena in person, but she’s been really helpful online. I’ll always recommend the place to my friends. Keep up the good work.

My wife and I have never stayed at a better guest house. The area is safe and quiet, the facilities are great, and everything is kept clean. Bongeka was a great help, and the staff are amazing. We really appreciated having privacy and being free to come and go without feeling like we were troubling anyone. Great value for money, 10 out of 10.

I’m very disappointed and wasn’t expecting this kind of treatment. More than 18 hours have passed without water, and there’s been no word from the staff. I only found out there was no water after checking in and reporting that none came out when I tried to shower about two hours later. I thought the taps were faulty. They should have told me before checking me in.

We had a great weekend with friends and wouldn’t mind coming back. The place was clean and private, and the staff were great, always on hand when we needed them.

The atmosphere was lovely, and the place itself is beautiful and clean. The staff gave great service. I had the time of my life and would definitely go back.
