Garden Court Marine Parade - 55Des502

The breakfast was lovely, the indoor pool is amazing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Garden Court is in a perfect spot with beautiful views. The frustrating part was having booked and paid well ahead, then waiting more than an hour to check in because the rooms weren't ready. Management needs to coordinate check-in better. Apart from that, everything was great.

The meals were fresh, well prepared, and consistently enjoyable, so dining became one of the highlights for me. The chefs and kitchen team clearly take pride in their work, and the serving staff were always efficient, courteous, and professional. Siphesihle deserves a special mention for the positive attitude, attention to detail, and exceptional service. The whole team was warm, professional, attentive, respectful, and ready to help, which made the stay comfortable and welcoming. Garden Court provides a high standard of service. I'd gladly recommend it and look forward to coming back. Best regards, Moses

Onela and Mondli gave great service, and the chef kept breakfast well organized and served delicious food. I also want to thank the cleaning team, spa staff, and everyone in the dining area. You helped make our stay pleasant, and we enjoyed it. Princess was very rude and needs to work on her people skills and find more love for what she does.

I really enjoyed my stay, and the service was super. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and both breakfast and dinner were great. My main issue is the old, smelly carpet in the room. I wish Garden Courts Hotel would get rid of it. I'd come back again.
