Mnqobi gave us excellent service, going above and beyond from arrival right through to departure. The place felt like a breath of fresh air, with crisp white bedding and a sparkling blue pool.

I’m really disappointed with Nkosazana guest house. We booked expecting breakfast to be provided, but at check-in we were told it wasn’t included and had to pay an extra R120 for bread and egg. When we wouldn’t pay for breakfast, Nkosazana charged us a kitchen fee, even though the kitchen was part of the booking. The pool was dirty, and using the entrance gates was awkward. Every time we went out, we had to ask the service guy to let us in instead of having our own remote. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Nkosazana needs to improve its service.

Nkosazana guest house was lovely and quiet, and the staff were very polite. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room was very nice and the staff were friendly. Still, I was disappointed when we arrived and were told breakfast wasn’t included, after being told it was.

We had a good time there, and the place was nice. The lady was polite and helped us with everything. I’d recommend that everyone try NKOSAZANA GUESTHOUSE.
