I didn’t get to stay here because I’d accidentally booked the wrong dates. I wrote to the owner, Debbie, and asked if she could make an exception and change them, since the booking was non-refundable. My dates were fully booked, so she kindly waived the non-refundable fee instead. The accommodation looks spectacular in the photos, but I can only speak to Debbie’s kindness and customer care. She could have charged me, and been within her rights, but forgave my mistake instead. It really touched me. Please stay here. Kind business owners deserve appreciation in an industry that isn’t always easy. Thanks, Debbie!
