The staff and owner were so kind and attentive to what we needed. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the shower was spacious and worked really well. It was a lovely, relaxing atmosphere.

For one night, this was a cosy, comfortable and good-value home base for two middle-aged brothers, within walking distance of the Franschhoek Classic Car Festival. Eight On Tuin covered all the bases. It’s immaculately kept, from the roadside view and garden right through to the room, both inside and outside.

Sitting in the beautiful gardens reading and enjoying nature was a real treat, and the splash pool was lovely. The rooms are charming, with lots of thoughtful personal touches. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our break so enjoyable. We loved this special place, which exceeded my expectations, and we’ll definitely return. Thanks for such a lovely getaway.

Elaine and Neil were wonderful hosts and did everything they could to make us comfortable. The rooms are spacious, with a big, comfortable bed and a modern en suite bathroom. In the summer heat, the plunge pool is a welcome relief just steps from the front door. Thanks to you both for the hospitality. I highly recommend this guest house for a stay in Franschoek.
