The rooms smelled bad and weren’t properly cleaned. There was black mould in the shower, pubic hair in the bath, and someone else’s floss on the floor. The pool had green algae along the side, and neither the air conditioning nor the fan worked. The place felt dated and dirty, nothing like luxury or a four-star stay. The advertising photos look as if they could be 20 years old. We wanted to cancel because of the condition, but the property wouldn’t refund us. It may have been nice once, but now it’s run down and not worth the high price. People should be warned.

A vintage hotel in a lovely, quiet location.

Everything felt outdated and uncomfortable, and the price didn’t seem fair. We stayed in several places in this category on our tour, and the quality standards varied, but this one doesn’t deserve four stars. I wouldn’t recommend it, and it wasn’t worth the money.

The balcony rooms have a fantastic view. The property is a little dated, with some paint missing here and there, but I found it comfortable during my overnight stay yesterday. It wasn’t dirty or run down, despite what the negative review here says. Staying for under €100 in this charming town is a great opportunity, and that’s not easy to find these days.
