Everything we needed for self-catering was there, and the place was clean. It’s a beautiful spot across the road from the ocean. We’ll definitely be back.

The house feels stuck in 1920 and needs a complete revamp. The rooms need painting, new beds and mattresses, and fresh bedding. The winter blanket seemed as if it hadn’t been washed in years. The towels were grey and damp, and the rooms smelled damp too. The bathrooms and showers need a full overhaul. The bathroom mats were dirty and clearly hadn’t been washed. The toilet roll holders were broken, the toilets were awful, and the shower doors were broken and couldn’t be opened or closed. The kitchen needs to be completely redone as well. The dining room and lounge furniture was shabby and dirty, and needs replacing.
