The rooms are roomy and clean, though they could use a few small repairs. Work on the outside of the main house was going on early in the morning, so it got a bit noisy. There aren't any views.

Our car trouble left us needing somewhere for the night, and they stepped in to help. We were really happy with how it worked out. Perfect 👌

Ilza, Lynette & Fundi made our long stay feel like being at home with family. They were warm, took care of everything we needed, and made sure we were comfortable while settling in and throughout our stay, even afterward. The place is clean, neat, central, and felt safe and secure both inside and in the area. We made friends and gained family in George ❤️

The hosts were superb, and the apartments are nicely fitted out with self-catering facilities and an outside 'braai' area for each one. It was quiet at night, so after our roadtrip we came home well-rested. A handy central base for seeing George and the surrounding area. Highly recommended!

There was even a chilled bottle of wine waiting for me when I arrived. The accommodation is neat and has what you need to enjoy your stay, and they make you feel welcome right away. I’ll definitely be back to Apple cottages.
