The staff were really friendly, and the rooms felt cozy and comfortable, but there were serious downsides. The bathrooms were dirty, and the rooms smelled stuffy from the carpet. Parking didn't feel secure, the gate was left open, and there was no security, so I didn't feel safe. The place is next to a squatter camp, and the photos oversell it. It isn't well maintained or cared for.

The place needs a lot of work to come close to what was advertised. The bathrooms need replacing, including the showers, and the electricity and WiFi need fixing. They should improve security and lighting both inside and out, and make sure the plugs work properly. It also needs a fresh coat of paint. Old items that don't work should be removed, including antique doors with 1908 handles, and the doors should close properly.

It would be nice if dinner and breakfast were available. The shower sprayed at the wall instead of down, and the bathroom door could only be closed from inside. A bar fridge would also improve the place.

It smelled and was untidy, and the walls and doors had other issues too. I really disliked the place and found it poor value for money. Please remove it from your listing.

The place was very clean, with secure parking, and it worked well for all-night clubbing. The downside is the location: it's near East London Airport and too far from civilization.
