The rooms were spacious and tidy, and it was handy being near King Phalo Airport and the shops. Our host was really friendly, too. Great experience.

We were charged per person instead of per room, and ended up paying more than the website price. The family room was listed at R372, but we were charged double for each person. I don't know if that's an East London thing, but the lady took advantage of us and ripped us off. I wouldn't recommend it.

My business partner checked in and asked when breakfast would be served, only to be told that there was no breakfast. We had still been charged for it, which was very disappointing.

The house we were sent to was in terrible shape. The carpet smelled and was very dirty, and both the yard and swimming pool were in bad condition. The so-called owner, Jonathan, was never there to sort out maintenance problems. This place isn't what it appears to be. I'd give it a big zero and advise people not to waste their money booking here.
