AB Lodge

The lodge’s staff made a strong impression on me. From reception to housekeeping, everyone was attentive and went out of their way to make the stay memorable. They knew the area well and shared helpful tips about nearby attractions and hidden gems. I also enjoyed the food at the on-site restaurant. It had a varied menu for different dietary preferences, and each dish was made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The flavors were lovely, and the cozy dining room had scenic views. The setting is peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery, tall trees and pristine waters. It felt like an escape from the outside world, and the nearby well-kept trails made exploring the landscape an adventure. My room was cozy and thoughtfully designed, with a nice mix of comfort and rustic charm. Waking up to birdsong and leaves rustling was pure bliss, and the decor and amenities showed real attention to detail. I was also glad to see the lodge’s commitment to sustainability. It uses solar power and locally sourced ingredients, and seems dedicated to reducing its carbon footprint while still offering good service. From the warm welcome onward, the whole stay felt rejuvenating. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The lodge is beautiful and clean, and all the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.

The scenery was mesmerizing, and it’s a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk mall. AB Lodge was pretty good overall, with spacious rooms and great prices. John, the service boy, was a good buddy to hang out with.

We had plenty of places to eat nearby, and the boardwalk and beach were close too. The house itself was very nice, with a clean room and bathroom, a roomy pool for swimming, and a lounge with a TV where you could relax.
