The beach views from our room were unbeatable, stretching across 180 degrees. There was a big bath, a good shower and comfortable beds, and the ocean's roar lulled us to sleep. It's a nice B&B, and we were very happy with the stay and the price. We had very little contact with the owner apart from being let in. Someone was there in the morning to clean the rooms and make coffee. There's a large, convivial living room if you'd like to meet other guests, including anyone cooking dinner.

The beach is just a short walk from the main balcony, and shops and attractions are close by without compromising the views or privacy. The spacious, comfortable bedrooms have blackout curtains, handy if you like to sleep in. The balconies are set up beautifully for sunrise watching. Dolphins do show up, though not always at sunrise, so you may spot them during your stay. A relaxing, awesome time. J-Bay is the way.

Our room was lovely, and the view was spectacular, it really blew us away. We'd happily return and recommend this accommodation to anyone.

We booked with them two years ahead, then just weeks before our arrival they cancelled, saying the owner had fallen ill and needed the whole place. While we were in JB, we discovered the house was fully booked. It seemed they'd pushed us out for guests who were likely staying longer. Really disappointing and shameful. I'd never recommend the place.
