I’ve never stayed somewhere worse overnight. There was no coffee in the room, and neither the Wi-Fi nor the TV worked. Street noise made it impossible to get a proper night’s rest, with taxi horns starting at 5 o’clock. The reception area was noisy too, with friends coming and going. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It doesn’t deserve even one star.

The staff were really nice, and the room and bedding were clean. The noise was the main problem: a guy kept making noise all night. Also, the location was hard to find because the logo isn’t visible enough.

The staff are very friendly, and Zolisa is extremely capable, as is the other young lady. The place is good, but one remote control between 16 rooms doesn’t work well, and the Speedpoint machine wasn’t working, so you have to walk a distance when you’re tired. The new lady needs customer service training, since people are left buzzing at the gate for too long. Please address these service issues, as they’re crucial to keeping the business going. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets and towels were clean. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and I had a great stay. A few things were frustrating, though: there was no toilet seat, the shower had no door, and my room didn’t have a remote. I had to ask the receptionist to change the TV channels for me. Taxi noise in the morning was another downside.
