There was a leaking tap, and only one shower for three bedrooms, which was very inconvenient. There was just one toilet, and not enough towels for three guests. The beds should have been in separate rooms for the three of us. Some people snore, and we had no privacy.

I had my first stay last week and it was excellent. The room was quiet and clean, the sheets were fresh, and everything was well maintained. I loved it and am planning to come back next week.

The accommodation itself feels very safe and secure, and the place is good. The location around it doesn’t feel safe at night, so make sure to use an Uber. Check-out is a bit too early for me; 11 would be better.

The place was clean and the customer service was good, but the bedding wasn’t. The sheets smelled, the pillowcases were dirty, and they only changed the pillowcases. The blankets were dirty too.

The room wasn’t ready for check-in, the linen was dirty, and there were no towels, amenities, or TV remote. The receptionist was rude when I arrived. The service was just bad.
