After travelling, I was left scrambling for somewhere to stay, and the quick refund didn't solve that. I'd booked two days ahead, but when I arrived the gate was broken and only open wide enough for someone to walk through. I waited 25 minutes for the owner, who offered no apology. She then said the booking had been cancelled and an email sent. I showed her there was nothing in my inbox, but she just said they had no space anyway. Unreliable service and no accountability. I wouldn't recommend this BnB.

They cancelled on us the day of the event, even though we'd booked 4-5 months ahead. They don't seem to care how long ago you booked and will just give your space to someone else. The place also felt disorganised, with plastic plates and really bad room walls. I wouldn't go there.

We had a great time renting the slushy, popcorn, and waffle machines at this venue for a birthday party.

Very, very disappointed. I booked the event almost 12 months ahead, then on the day Tumi texted to say she couldn't do it and asked for my account details to refund all my money. Her ignorance ruined my 21st birthday. I believe she was offered more money for another event and ditched me.

The event decorations looked amazing, and the food was tasty. The rooms were clean and really nice, with hot water in the showers. Being near the airport was convenient, and the location also worked well for our event. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. It felt like home.
