Please respect people's money and renovate the rooms. The balcony was dirty, the blinds were broken, the lights didn't work and neither did the TV remote. Very disappointing, and there was no value for money here.

The on-site snacks are very limited and cost far too much. The staff were rude and not much help, and the place could use a bit of management. Not bad otherwise.

I've stayed here twice and got fantastic service from the staff on duty. They're very accommodating, and I'll definitely use this place for my business trips to JHB. The shower could use a little more maintenance to make an already great place perfect.

The rooms and location were just right, and I felt safe and comfortable throughout. The staff were really nice too.

Visitors partied all night, and the hotel was dirty. The workers were unfriendly. I was very disappointed and won't book here again.
