El Infinito Lifestyle

The whole stay was the worst service I’ve ever had from a “hotel.” The room curtains and mat were dirty, housekeeping didn’t arrive until after 2 every day, and there was no towel, shampoo, shower gel or soap in the bathroom. I asked several times for the TV and aircon remotes but never got them. The TV had only six channels, SABC plus one MNet. Breakfast wasn’t prepared properly, or we were told it had already been served and had to accept that nothing was left. They should adjust the price and call this a B&B, because that’s what it is.

The hotel looks beautiful and has a lot of potential, but the service didn’t impress me. I stayed for three days without bath soap or shampoo, and my room had just one small towel for two days.

Quiet, very clean and safe. The staff were great and friendly. I’d go back.

We won’t book here again. The staff weren’t friendly, and even after we showed our invoice and proof of payment, they couldn’t find our booking. Our neighbors were unbearably noisy. Staff said the rules allowed noise until 11pm and told us it was our problem for not reading the rules before booking.
