I stayed for one night during a layover, and the casino nearby was just right for evening food and a little light entertainment. Our room was excellent, possibly because we were in a newer wing. The wet-room shower was fantastic. The airport bus was okay, though I chose Uber in the morning for a slightly quicker transfer. The check-in staff couldn't seem to answer basic questions.

It's in a convenient location, and the room was clean and neat. The layout could have been thought through better: the toilet and shower cubicle were very uncomfortable in size. Also, the extractor fan ran all night and kept me from sleeping.

The airport shuttle is available, and the hotel is conveniently close to the airport. Breakfast was good, and the friendly staff were willing to go the extra mile. You can walk to the casino, entertainment, and a good selection of restaurants.

We only ate breakfast, which was plentiful, and the egg chef was great. The room was huge, with a king bed and two singles, but had quite a few problems: the blinds were broken and wouldn't open, the air conditioning didn't work, and the safe was unusable. There was often a queue at reception, and the room phone wasn't working properly when we tried to call them. The hotel is inside a gated complex with three hotels, a casino, a conference centre, and lots of food outlets. It's handy for the airport, so you do hear some aircraft noise. The main road is nearby, but there are only industrial units around, so there's nowhere to go. It's convenient for an overnight stop near the airport, but sadly I wouldn't want to stay here in other circumstances.

For the price, this is the cheapest hotel in the Eperors Palace complex, and it's right by the casino with a large food court and plenty of restaurants. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I've had. There's also a large swimming pool, a gym, and a shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes. Rooms are well equipped, with toilets and showers, some also have baths, and there are coffee-making facilities. Very nice hotel, definitely worth it.
