Moncrieff Manor

We asked if our booking dates could be changed after an online payment didn't go through, and the response was rude and threatening. They also refused the change and said cancellation would come with charges. It seemed like a simple, honest request, and we even offered to pay on arrival if online payment was the issue. We won't stay there after those replies. The way they treated us says a lot about their character, and we wouldn't feel safe or looked after there. There are plenty of other nice hotels in the area with honest, caring people.

The room felt a little old, but it was still just right for a night on the Garden Route. We had spectacular views, a friendly host and a really good breakfast. The bed heating was much appreciated too.

Everything was easy to get to from this central Knysna location, including shops, food outlets, garages and beaches. We spent a week on vacation with my partner, and the hospitality was truly amazing. The views were beautiful, housekeeping was good, and breakfast was great. Kevin chatted with us and suggested activities we could do each day. I was really impressed, and we enjoyed our stay!

The hosts were friendly, organized, and knew a lot about local events and places of interest. Every room had a stunning view, the facilities were in great condition, and our room was amazing. Absolutely stunning. 11/10 would recommend!
