I was there overnight for a work event and wish I could’ve stayed longer. The host and receptionist were friendly, helpful, and accommodating of requests, and made me feel welcome. The services and amenities were good too. I’d definitely return if I’m in the area.

The receptionist was friendly and easy to talk to, and it’s a quiet, clean place to book into. The food on the menu was good too.

A peaceful break from the usual work stress. You get birdsong and no other noise, just a tranquil place to get away.

The rooms are clean and good, and the location is good too, though getting to the rooms at the back isn’t convenient. Service was the worst part: guests only get shambo and body lotion on the first day. It was booked as self-catering, but the rooms aren’t self-catering. The business owner tries to get as much as they can by limiting access to electricity until 10 o'clock @ load shading times. There’s no water at all @ load shading. The business owner is very annoying.

The rooms were in good condition and the breakfast was decent. They provide a generator for loadshedding, which is great, though you have to wait a few minutes for it to start before the lights come back on. Be careful about showering during loadshedding, since you’ll have no water until the generator kicks in. The room also had a heater blanket, aircon, microwave, TV, fridge, and tea station. A decent stay for a short visit.
