They were so patient and helpful, even when we arrived after 23h30 following a wedding. The only thing that didn't work for us was the double bed mattress, which could be firmer.

I needed somewhere to get ready for a wedding that afternoon, and they found me a room straight away. The room was lovely and comfortable, and she even arranged a large mirror for me to use. Such friendly, helpful people and amazing service.

I wouldn't come back. The owner was quite rude, and I had to struggle to get the bed moved so I could plug in the heater. Underneath it was filthy. There was no nightfrill or electric blanket for the single bed, no hangers in the cupboard, and I wasn't even sure the bedding was clean. The bed itself wasn't comfortable either.

The room had a strong smell when we arrived because the toilet hadn't been checked. The overhead fan kept making a clicking noise, and although we reported it and were told it would stop after a while, it didn't. My bed sheets looked old, and the shower was stained inside and needed cleaning around the skirtings.

The room was comfortable, cosy, and clean, with a kettle, fridge, microwave, and satelite tv. It was also wonderfully quiet. Lynette welcomed us so warmly that we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Definitely worth staying, and we'll be back.
