The building is fantastic, with a great pool and a really good location. Unit 3 was another story. We booked it when we wanted to extend our stay and it was the only one available. By the time we saw its condition, we’d paid and had no options left. The apartment was filthy and nauseating, yet we were also charged a steep cleaning fee. There were even dead cockroaches in some of the crockery. We felt taken advantage of over unit 3, paying far too much for the worst bedding and mattresses imaginable. Unit 13, on the other hand, was a real pleasure, and we enjoyed our time there tremendously. 🙏🏻

The ocean views are amazing, and the place is spacious. It looks just like the pictures. Absolutely loved it.

At first the booking price seemed reasonable, but the fine print added taxes and charges that literally doubled it. That was a nasty surprise. Why not show the total, like other places do, with taxes and charges included?

The owners were excellent and the place was well maintained. The major problem was the water supply: there was no water, and the emergency tanks were empty. We had to get water from the pool to flush the toilets.
