I'm not usually one for gushing reviews. I can normally find both good and bad points to mention, but I'm stumped this time because I can't fault our stay at Khumbula iAfrica1 in Marloth Park. The location is amazing, and our hosts were gracious, welcoming, and delightful. Communication was excellent, with clear instructions and helpful, honest answers to everything I asked, even the silly questions. Shirley and Zak looked after us so well, and the housekeeping was amazing. The house is stunning, well maintained, and spotlessly clean. It had everything we could need to make our visit memorable for all the right reasons. The whole experience was brilliant, and I can't wait to return.

Els, the owner, was lovely and very professional. She shared information from the moment I booked. Zac and Shelly took good care of us, knew the area well, and gave us tips on restaurants and nearby places.

You stay right among the wildlife here, with zebras, giraffes, antelopes, and wild pigs around. The accommodation is beautiful and the price is incomparable to the higher rates in Kruger's park. If you're exploring the southern part of Kruger, it's worth coming back here for a few nights. Great housekeepers too.

There was plenty of visiting wildlife, along with peace and quiet. It's a stunning place, well set up for an enjoyable stay, with a full kitchen, two bedrooms and bathrooms, plus lofts with a TV room and a kids' or guest bedroom upstairs.
