The CBD location in the heart of Mbombela tourism is convenient, with shops just a few minutes’ walk away. It’s a welcoming hotel for business or leisure, with friendly staff and exceptional guest service. A great place to visit.

I got there early, but the male manager wouldn’t let me check in unless I paid R250 for early check-in. I had to go to work with my luggage and only managed to check in after 19:30.

The location is great, with everything I needed close by, and the rooms are modern and nice. The buffet breakfast was very limited, though. I also had to kill two bugs 🤢. There was truck noise from the neighbor behind us, but that didn’t bother me.

The service didn’t match what was promised or described when I booked, and the Wi-Fi doesn’t work.

I was very disappointed. The place was dirty, and the service was really poor 😏.
