The breakfasts were first class, and the grounds are lovely to walk around. I found the rooms really comfortable, with big bathrooms and internet-enabled TVs. The housekeepers were friendly and made the lodge feel like home. Highly recommend staying here in Midrand.

Christina welcomed us and was so lovely. When we asked about having a braai, she made it happen. The room was clean and nice, and I enjoyed the stay. The pool was a bit dirty, though, so that was the one thing I wasn't impressed with.

Susan and her team are fantastic, always professional, friendly and helpful, and communication is great. The place is spotlessly clean, too. Blue Hills lodge is my new home in Midrand, I can't recommend it enough. Just save me a room, please 🙏 😀 lol.

Breakfast was amazing, and the WiFi was good. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff were so welcoming and friendly that I felt at home right away. Highly recommend staying here.

There’s a lovely garden and plenty of bird life, plus ducks, pigs, racing pigeons and a very friendly kitty called Jinx. The food was tasty with nice portions, and our room was clean and lovely. The place has a homely feel, thanks to all the friendly staff, including the gardener and driver. We had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend it.
