Most rooms at Africa Sun Villa look out over the sea, with the fynbos reserve around the property and the coastline nearby. It sits in Pinnacle Point Golf Estate, and Mossel Bay is said to have the world's second most moderate climate after Hawaii. The villa is recently built and runs on solar electricity, with natural gas for hot water and the stove, so load shedding won't interrupt a stay. The open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area leads onto the patio, terraces and barbecue space. After a busy day, there's a separate activity room with a jacuzzi, a home cinema and a bar area for unwinding. Uncapped internet is provided for staying connected. There are four bedrooms, each set up for two people, so the house can host 4-8 guests and suits a larger group or more than one family. It is rented as a whole property, with a minimum group size of four. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, balcony and en-suite bathroom. The second has two 90 x 200 cm single beds, a balcony and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms three and four each have two 90 x 200 cm single beds and a French balcony, and share a large bathroom with a double shower.
